Your unique safari itinerary that takes you to the premier  parks of Northern Tanzania all synonymous with mesmerising beauty and incredible wildlife, starts with a night in Arusha, at the Arusha Coffee Lodge. This is  a beautiful  small  and intimate lodge surrounded by Tanzania’s largest Coffee Plantation. From here you will travel in style to Tarangire National Park, surrounded by enormous Baobab Trees and famous for its largest concentration of elephants.

Your accommodation is at Tarangire Treetops, perched high in the branches offering uninterrupted views over the reserve. Ngorongoro Crater fondly referred to “Eden of Africa” is home to an estimated 25,000 species. The breathtaking crater floor creates a natural enclosure for numerous species including the Big 5. You finally finish  up your magical trip in the Serengeti National Park at  the Serengeti Migration Camp, a beautifully appointed camp located on the banks of the Grumeti River which is home to Hippo’s and Crocodiles. Serengeti is undoubtedly Tanzania’s most popular game viewing reserve where you have the opportunity to view animals in their natural habitat.

Itinerary

On arrival into Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met by our representative outside custom area. Private transfer to the Arusha Coffee Lodge for the night, cradled in endless acres of Tanzania’s largest coffee plantation.

After breakfast embark on a tour the Coffee Estate and lunch al fresco. Afternoon transfer to the nearby Airport to take a flight in a private plane, flying Executive Club Class in a Cessna Grand Caravan from Arusha to Kuro airstrip in Tarangire National Park.On arrival take a breathtaking afternoon game drive in Tarangire National Park — well known for its huge herds of elephant — follows. Stay two nights at the sumptuous Tarangire Treetops, perched up in the Baobab and Marula trees and offering awe-inspiring views.

Go on An exhilarating morning game drive whilst temperatures are cool, the ideal time to spot big game returning from a night of hunting. Spend the afternoon on a game walk and visit an authentic Maasai village. Head to Sunset Hill for sundowners. A night game drive will follow.

Morning game drive through Tarangire National Park en-route to the airstrip.Fly to Manyara and transferring to The Manor at Ngorongoro, a stately home in the Tanzanian highlands, staying for two nights.You will have a chance to visit an authentic African market in the small town of Karatu on your way to the Manor.

Depart your lodge as you begin your full day exploration of the world-renowned UNESCO World Heritage site of the Ngorongoro Crater. The crater floor is 600 metres from its edge, it is home to large animals including lion, black rhino, hippo, wildebeest, zebra and Thompson’s gazelle. On the crater floor look out for elephant and leopard.

You have the option of either visiting Lake Manyara National Park or stay at the lodge for horse riding, cycling or a spa treatment. After lunch, transfer to Manyara airstrip for your onward flight to Serengeti.Met on arrival by your guide and go on game drive drive that will take you to the decadent Serengeti Migration Camp in time for sundowners and overnight stay of two nights in a luxurious and spacious safari tent. Serengeti National Park is a vast and rugged landscape that is synonymous with high action game viewing. Your safari camp overlooks the Grumeti River with its resident hippos.

Today, Venture deeper into the Serengeti as you embark on a full day exploring the Park, known by the Maasai as ‘Siringet’ – the place where the land runs on forever. Serengeti National Park is Tanzania’s oldest and most popular park. It is home to the world’s largest assortment of wildlife. The parks’ vast grasslands are play ground for Predator versus prey who governs this land. You will get a chance to spot lion, leopard, cheetah, gazelle, zebra and much more.

After breakfast, watch wildlife from a different perspective as you partake in a guided game walk and explore the banks of the Grumeti River, an important crossing of the annual migration and home to more unusual species such as the black and white Colobus monkey.Return to your camp for lunch and enjoy a game drive en route to the airstrip for your onward flight to Arusha. Overnight stay at the Arusha Coffee Lodge.

Sadly you have to leave Tanzania as you take a private transfer to Kilimanjaro airport for your return flight or choose to extend your time in Africa with a beach stay in Zanzibar.
